We provide one to one individualized supports to people with developmental disabilities. We do this by hiring, training, supporting and supervising staff to work one to one with individuals in nearly every setting possible. Each individual receiving support decides who they work with and when they work together. Services vary based not only on individual preference and need but also funding. We also provide many resources including structuring, advocacy, and personal goal planning. This is our main service option and makes up the major services The Arc of Orange County provides.
